manaz olujimi is a contemporary educator who crafts and teaches evidence-based pathways to repair relational fractures and nurture meaningful connection. Her work empowers parents and their emerging adult children to reengage after breakdowns that both stem from—and sometimes lead to—experiences of separation, abandonment, or alienation. Rooted in unhealed wounds and a deep attachment to personal stories, these fractures often create emotional blockages that hinder authentic connection. By integrating somatic work, effective dialogue, and experiential curricula, manaz supports clients in dismantling these barriers and transforming them into opportunities for deeper connection, while laying the groundwork to continue their growth with professional therapeutic support and vital resources.

manaz holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Social Science from Harvard and a Master of Science in Education  Entrepreneurship, and Technology from the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School. Currently studying at the MIT Sloan School of Management, she is expanding her expertise in leadership and organizational strategy. With a foundation in psychology, sociology, human behavior, and leadership mastery, manaz is further recognized as a certified facilitator for The Daring Way™, a renowned psychoeducational program developed by Dr. Brené Brown. This work informs her methodology to help families reframe narratives, strengthen communication, and introduce new possibilities for connection.

manaz previously co-hosted The Query, a podcast on iTunes that explored authentic and uncomfortable conversations about race, privilege, and interpersonal relationships between two women of different races who forged a connection at Harvard.
